  1. You might be able to fit one from an outback or something similar.I don't think that there is anything like that specifically for the wrx.Good luck.
  2. That is how it was when I lived there too.I will go back one day.
  3. Looks really cool.Nice job!
  4. Not really any titling laws or lift restrictions that I am aware of.Just as long as it doesn't look like it will fall apart if you slam the door too hard!HAHA! I just mean it has too look like you aren't holding the front and rear half of the car together with bailing wire, duct tape and gobs of rtv and bondo. I just mean there really isn't much to worry about when it comes to lifted subes in colorado.Or lifted vehicles in general.
  5. That sounds pretty cool.I am definately interested in the "Y" pipe you had made.I would like to see it.
  6. Sorry for calling Roo a boy.Very nice dog.
  7. WOW!:-\ That friggin' sux.I am really sorry to hear that!I will have to pet Roo at tell him good job next time I am over there.Good thing you caught him!
  8. I am really sorry for your loss of a beloved subaru.Makes me sad to see this kind of stuff happen people who work hard for the things they own.
  9. Really nice work!Looks very clean.
  10. That is a really nice 3d model!
  11. I know it is definately a good thing.I personally have not done it.A friend of mine did on a racing snowmobile that he turboed. He did the pistons and ceramic coated them.Longevity was increased over 4x.The other nice thing is it really helps the metal xfer heat alot better with less hot spotting.Good luck.
  12. Thats funny!Animals do some funny stuff.
  13. What year subaru do you have?SubieGal might be able to help you out.She works at the subaru dealer in washington. She really tries hard to help. She helped me get my pistons that way.The dealership is chaplins subaru.
  14. It sounds to me like it is definately too tight.Try backing it of a little and give it a try again. The other thing is your hill holder cable may need to be lubricated if it is dry and that may cause it to not want to move.Good luck.
  15. I really like it!I really like that idea of notching the back a little. Then also could be handy if you are hauling around the gas grill to a cookout.
  16. Sounds like a nice car.I would definately second the vote for the rear disk conversion and the weber 32/36dgev.Also as with most cars being that you need to change the proportioning valve when doing the rear disk swap, older subarus you don't need to do that at all. Another thing is I would probly flush the engine a few times since you said it was sitting for a while.Good luck.
  17. Yes you can definately hack and weld you exhaust manifold.Alot of honda guys do it especially when making a junkyard turbo car.
  18. If you ever want to try to fix that problem try the permatex brand headlight restorer.I picked some up at pepboys and tried it on a couple vehicles from work and I have to say I am pretty impressed.Pretty self explanatory. You start with about 1000 grit wet sand paper and end up with around 2500 grit and then use a glazing compound to finish it off.Good stuff.Nice score with your new car.
  19. I definately would be up for trying it out.I have used synthetic amsoil in the past on my 2stroke dirtbike and snowmachine and I have always been happy with the products offered.
  20. That would be freakin' amazing! I would love to have something like that.
