  1. Those are nice.I like the rims also.
  2. That would be really fun.But I cannot make it.Maybe sometime I could sneak my hatch out there when no one is looking.
  3. Sounds like a good idea to me.Make something that you could adapt to anything.I like the idea of fiberglass hood and fenders or carbon.
  4. I have never seen those either.Maybe Mick could be able to tell us what they are.Maybe add them to the rim page.Nice score.
  5. What part of town did you see this car? That is a really nice looking one.Never seen one of those.Wonder what year it is?Maybe '85? Nice job taking pics.
  6. Sounds interesting. Are you going to lift it?Any performance mods?I want to see this one too.
  7. Looks really good. Now it just needs a beefy ej22 under the hood.
  8. I can relate to that.I lived in kasilof and in anchor point.Lots of rust.Cant help that I drove on the beach though.
  9. I owned a '88 hatch before.Now I own a 86 and they are the same.
  10. Another tip is: If you are going to change your bulb color just use stained glass window paint. My brother did this and it hasn't changed to a weird color in over 3years.
  11. Ya what type of tires are those? They would look great on my little hatch. Please let us know they look great.
  12. Hey thats really cool.
  13. Check the fuel filters. Also check to make sure you have good spark.Sounds like it may be intermittant.Good luck.
  14. Most likely its a hitachi, but could be a carter/weber. Should say on the carb somewhere. Look closely you will find it.
  15. I second the vote for CCR.They have a really good shop.
  16. What type of tig welder do you use?Where do you get your tubing bent or do you do that on your own?
  17. Yep.Should be a really fun car when he is through with it.
  18. That is beautiful!!! I like that fact that you are doing the external WG thing so it's more tunable.Very nice work. What type of tig do you use?I really want to make one for ea81 n/a.I think it would be awesome! Any chance you are going to build one for ej22t? You definately have a gift.
  19. If you don't find what you are looking for you may want to check the impreza club.Good luck. http://www.nasioc.com/
  20. Also spray the nuts and bolts on the exhaust parts you are about to remove with plenty of PB Blaster.Let it soak in for a few minutes and then go to work.Makes taking it apart and assembly alot easier.
  21. I just purchased a MSD Blaster SS and have yet to try it out.I purchased it because it has a little higher output voltage and works just like the regular blaster coil just different mounting.I have never had a MSD coil go out on me.My brother has been using msd blaster coil for over 5years and never any trouble.I would highly recomend these.
  22. Not totally true about the interchangability of the ea71 to the ea81.The ea81 has the longer stroke than the ea71 so they wouldn't be a direct fit.
  23. Looks pretty cool.Looks like a '70's wrc compeditor.
  24. I think the person who posted that one is smoking something.
