    AP is great. I loved the one with mine. And any decent tuner can still protune and load the maps onto the AP for you to use. And the AP has many other great uses as well.

    Brings back a few memories. I remember doing the intake manifold and disty gear when I did the EA81 swap in to my EA82 sedan. And it's still going to this day!

    EA81 Brats and wagons share the same platform, so they are the same length drivetrain wise, and exhaust. Hatches are the shorter ones.

    I know you had asked about the one on the 96 Legacy I am parting. And I know things have take forever on my end. Seems like on thing after another. But, do you still want it? I just need to figure out how to get it removed.

    Looks great! I bet there would be plenty of people who would work a trade with you for the 14" wheels you have, myself included. Sounds like it was quite the road trip!

    After seeing your rig, I'm really hoping the tires fit on a 2" lifted rig. That's the combo I have, but haven't put together yet!

    De-icer as in calcium chloride? If so, that's MUCH worse than salt. That's what they use here on the major roads and it's like liquid salt and eats away everything. Gets into every nook and cranny of a car. That's why when my "new" car comes, it won't see the winter roads.

    Looks great! I've never seen Peugeot wheels like that before, but they look nice.

    If you plan on lifting and adding bigger tires, then you should really look into a 5 speed dual range transmission swap. It will make a huge difference, especially offroad.

    That is (was) mine. I just sold it a month or so ago. Miss it already. Full STi 6speed drivetrain, and all the STi goodies for the motor. Thanks!

    I'd say it would be good to know these details you speak of, to prove that's not what they are doing. For that price, they better not be using the old block!
