I added a RS front bumper with minimal work needed. I do need to see about adding the top filter strip by the grill. Also need to fix sides for another attachment. Not cutting the fenders. Need to add rear bumper cover from an Impreza... Had anyone dinner anything similar? Front has the factory reinforcement from the 99 RS..

I just used a 3m cavity spray yesterday on the inside of my quarter panels. I bought tube assembly from Amazon or eBay with 360° first pattern.. Worked good and filled wheel well areas with one can.

Do they not make struts any longer? I see the upper mounts are available on eBay. I have a nice set with fairly new struts

I don't think I have every seen a white one I have had 2 reds,light blue,world rally blue,tan,black,gray,silver and brown with full stripes. I have had 10 at once Unfortunately down to a black,brown,gray and silver . May never sell these or buy another but it's been fun 30 + years. Have piles of parts Pictures sizes exceed limit
Ordered this from Napa online. It had the free shipping . every time I order from RockAuto. Their shipping costs are ridiculous. I have several hitachis and a few nipandenso's. Probably eight distributors in total. I'm just going to go with the new ignition module, I swapped distributors with another one that I had marked as being good taking out of a running car and still had no spark so I decided to just go with a new module. Now I'm trying to find the right coil that goes with the Hitachi distributor. They have several coils listed but they don't list it specifically for which distributor
I would hate to revive an old post of 4 years. But I do need to ask which distributor did you install and where did you get it? And do you have a part number? I see a cardone rebuild available online. I'm curious if that's what you used and if it's been working fine. I have lost spark. I've tried coils. I believe my distributor pickup has gone bad and would need a new pickup for the distributor I have. Anyways, if anyone else could respond with a good replacement for a 1984 Subaru brat with an ea81 engineI would be in for the purchase of 2 at a reasonable fee.
I looked at your first posts picture.. I have repaired that area on both sides with structural tubing 2"x2" either 1/8" or even better 1/4" thick tube.. all brats .. not to involved.. Or sell to me.. never had a hatch... Have had 10 brats at once.. now down to 4Thank you, I will just get the stock Hitachi from Cardone. Others have some luck with 82 honda civic advance but dont want to fiddle and fit other make /model anyone have a number for Brat vacuum??? advanceI have a vacuum advance on my 2 Hitachi distributors that both not working with a vacuum testing them..wont hod vacuum and rod does not move.. Cardone has remanufactuer hatachis and nipendenso..... I may have read which to use as a better option. I have a new webber and and want to get this ea81 started.. thankyou

i am going to install a 99 gt nose
moving along on my last brat....get to work....and loks like a good starting point...use the RX-7 rotary engine, rear wheel drive and have a blast with it..is a great plan..fairly easy to find out.... 12mm bolt head, 10mm thread size... go to hardware store to the metric section and test a few bolts.collect those parts. I have more then I need but all I could ever need.. I have a tan glove box dooor if you cant find one. I be loking for the front bumper install coming up.. great work so far...I have EA81 intakes should you need one or two???? $25brat that is completly dissasmbled and being restored on a bronco frame with 302 and 33" tiresyup, it was the inner cv joint blown up... cup turned but axle shaft did not.. all fixed now... not sure how it broke but all the balls were in the boot. replaced it with another shaft I had and will use this one as a core some day
