its not the year that changed them its the aspiration type. turbos:25 spline. NA:23 spline. youll need the d/r trans w its axles and diff. the rear axles are the same, i used the whole rear suspension from a gl10 on my loyale wag w loyale diff and it fits. RV

you may be able to put a 4eat behind an sr20det. nissan and soobs shared a bunch of parts in the day. 4eats can be found in.......oh crap i forgot which nissans. sorry. i know a parts guy whose been doin nissan/soobs for around 35years.

i was under the impression that 85,86 bumpers were the short ones and then in 87 they got longer(read: turn signals in tunnels). is the gl10 an exception? wrecked in its short life? sweet build btw:popcorn:

i would like to add that its not a bad idea to put a 1" spacer on your enging xmember. this should not require a steering ext. this helps preserve axles. RV

how many had torque bind? none, your hondas are all fwd and none are in the same class as a fozzy.

my 86gl has no such switch. however, my 91 loyale does have the switch

i put a carby motor in my 91 loyale. i left the spfi intake hooked up in car and just dropped in the carby longblock. not sure if your dl is carbed but the only shortfall is a slight compression drop (different pistons).

i have no sway bar on the front of mt 2" loyale wag. however i installed the rear susp from a gl10 turbo and now it has discs and a rear sb that it didnt have before. other than less understeer and a little body roll I think you should be ok even w/o the front sb. ive been thinking of taking the rear one off anyhow and im sure others run no sb's, just no track days now:-p RV

replaced lower ball joints in the lifted loyale, along with (another) cvj. now it doesnt feel like the wheels are coming off:) RV

could be axles or stuck/dragging brakes. check your calipers for slideabilty. they should move easily. hth
