every 80s nissan product ive driven has had a weak clutch, seemed to not work as well as everything else ive driven. i do like the 8 plug 4 banger. you can haul alot w those. btw weak clutch doesnt necessarily mean old or installed wrong in this case.

ive got a compressor and bracketry for ya, i deleted mine.

one other thing i just remembered; when we got our 86 wag (whitey) i had mystery coolant on top of my motor. it turned out to be the coolant hose up to the carb/IM. long story short; pinhole+pressure=squirt. btw i dont have a pressure tester, i was just suggesticating. You are welcome to come by whenever if you wanna noodle it out. hth, RV

i cant see the pic too well on my phone but if your intake gasket is leaking you might get coolant there. i know you recently changed carbs (youre welcome lol). did you change anything else? my bad if this is a different car or i couldnt see well enough

my advice: lift and trim. also bfh the rear half of front wheel wells, flatten pinch weld therein etc. more lift=less trim but youd have to go huge not to rub at all. good luck, keep askin questions

before super smoky tandem hg explosion ended my fun, my 91 loyale wag regularly saw 7200 rpm shifts. not so much as cracked valve seats. low shifting will hurt stuff, the motor is basically fighting itself. let that thing sing man, its what theyre for. RV
