  2. thanks man . i made it up a hill climb that toyotas never make it up but on the way back down i slide into a big tree and bent my bumper and broke a fog light my thats why i have a steel bumper . it doesnt even look bad .i should be picking up some new fogs also
  3. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=265486800276183&set=vb.100004445940904&type=2&theater dont know how to post videos so hopefully this works . went wheeling at my buddys yesterday . the low range tranny is f****** sweet hah . had to air down to make that hill climb but then i had no problems . i think i broke or wore out the carrier bearing in the driveline though cause now when i get on it in 4wd there is a banging nosie coming from what sounds like the drive line.
  4. i ended up smashing my oil pan yesterday when i was wheeling so i went and got one from pick and pull. now my only problem seems to be that i have a power steering leak i tightened the line all the way and it still seems to leak . i will post some pictures and a video later of how it is running. i also should be getting full custom exhaust threw inferno fab by the end of this week
  5. I finished swapping my car so im ready to have a meet whenever
  6. yes the bolts for the bumper are inside the engine bay they are pain to get to . i dont see why you need to rmove the bumper though . i have never had to remove it to change fenders
  7. no i ended up wiring my self
  8. so i got it running yesterday. It is so loud i am probably getting the rest of a exhaust today . i am definitly happy with the swap though . cant wait to try it off road now. will post a video of it later most likly
  9. i just ran into the same problem the other day . i think the longest flex hose they sell should work probably about 18 inchs not sure though i just bought a metal radiator for a loyale off amazon . i am getting the fitting cut off and 1.5 inch fittings put on . i am also taking the stock ea82 sending unit and getting it installed right under the passenger side radiator hose and wiring it to the stock gauge.
  10. You ever get the headlight separated and brought to make clear ones ?
  11. im not sure but it looks like you put the lift blocks for the front in wrong . like the left on the right side and the right on the left side. That may be why you have so much camber. just my thoughts . looks sweet lifted though nice work
  12. i am using a gl flywheel clutch and throwout bearing and a xt6 pressure plate
  13. sweet thanks a lot. i will post a video if i can figure out how after i get it running. it should be pretty loud hah
  14. i know i rather him hook it up over anybody and his work is the best around definitely for this swap and stuff but yeah i cant keep borrowing cars and all the cars i borrow eat gas for the most part so it is inconvenient. i found some one who can do it and have it done by Wednesday. so i will talk to GD monday nd see whats up.
  15. weird you would think the people who make a apponiment would get there stuff done first. i think i might take my car somewhere else to get it done . i am borrowing my parents and my friends car a lot and i just need mine done and i was under the impression it would take 3 to 5 days
  16. nope i tried to call him so i could get some chains and shackles out of the back of my soob but he didnt answer so i borrowed a friends . but yeah didnt hear back from him either
  17. no its not running yet
  18. sweet . yeah i got the same impression that we was starting this weekend also . i just hope it takes the 3 to 5 days like he said it will . the mountain will be starting to get snow and i dont have a way to get up, on top of not being able to dive anything other than my moms mini van hah. it should get done soon though
  19. oh man ..... i just brought my car down to his shop. hopefully a little extra cash can persuade him to get it done asap
  20. he is right its not necessary but with my experince on two different cars both with the same 2 inch lift my axles would hit my x member right on where the inner control arm mounts . it would also tear boots resulting in a axle going out. the axle would last over a month easily with daily driving but with my driving it seemed like every time i would go wheeling they would break. On top of that my car also seemed to lift quiet a bit in the front when i would accelerate and created terrible camber wear . when i lowered the tranny and engine x member it all went away . . just my opinion
  21. i used ebay gasket sets on three different loyale . i fully resealed all there. the gaskets are pretty good i had no problems after about 15000 miles . i would not use there headgaskets. if you are gong to replace them (which i would )i would use subaru or felpro head gaskets
  22. I really like the look of that bumper. i wish i knew how you could loose more weight of the car but i cant think of anything that you haven't. I excited to see it when its done
  23. im not worried that my car wouldnt make it i just dont want sand in every part of my car
  24. im down as long as its not at the beach or over 2 or 3 hours away .
  25. im not to into getting my car filled with sand at the coast . just my opinion though
