my grandparents have been driving subies since the 70s, they have a dozen or so sitting outside their house, each with about 350,000 miles on them.

I'd sure do it for ya, if i had a shop! oh, and if you felt comfortable letting an 18 year old college student do the work...holy jesus.. this is a beautiful example of how to build a toyota! always wanted a first gen... i know of one with all the glass busted out parked at a farm.. maybe i will go talk to them...ive heard a few people toss the idea around of building a rwd subie for drifting and whatnot, and they always seem to decide that the rear drive is not strong enough. so, are they wrong?dang, alright thank youive always been curious how people manage to do straight axles and a transfer case with these transmissions, since they are primarily fwdwhat condition are the tail light buckets in?you're right it is unique!unique how?wow! nice find! and chrome even!what have i done to my subie... decided to keep it! and started making arrangements to get it down here!is it worse than mine?
