  1. Yeah, it could be a cracked exh manifold. I've split one in half before. Remove the covers and you will be able to tell for sure. I welded mine back up with a brace so it wouldnt happen again. Now its not a issue since my swap.
  2. Better to start a thread in the "Wanted" section... http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/forum/48-non-subaru-stuff-for-salewanted/
  3. Did you install the boost sensor and stuff from the EJ22T?
  4. Should have come to the service area. I was working one of the timing tables.
  5. Its quite common for the copper washer between the banjo fitting and turbo to leak. I'm pretty sure the washer is the same size as most of the FHI turbo's, so finding a replacement should be no problem.
  6. Its that time again, BNW is July 28th at Bremerton Motorsports Park. FB link - https://www.facebook.com/bignorthwest Website - www.bignorthwest.com And once the website is back up, tickets can be purchased here - http://www.bignorthwest.com/tickets?sest=fba
  7. Get it on the dyno real quick, cause its not going to last more than several thousand more miles (maybe).
  8. Theres a lever on the left side of the column, push it down and adjust the wheel where you want it then pull the lever back up.
  9. It doesnt show the actual removal of the bearings, but I believe they come right out and the races need to be punched out.
  10. This would be the up-pipe (header) and not the downpipe. Pressure>volume when it comes to this part.
  11. Yes, the rear disc are the same as the XT6. I might be able to do a scan later and post it up.
  12. The wifes 05 Outback had a big stash on the top of the block, took a pressure washer to get it all out.
  13. Not worth chopping, its being used as a DD for some druggies. They usually drive it till it runs out of gas or they get tired of it. And its usually found within 5mi from where it was stolen.
  14. OMG, I've seen............hundreds of Subaru's like that around Seattle(except for the Or plates) Sorry, couldnt resist that one and I really hope your mom gets her car back. If I wasnt further south now I would be doing what jj is doing.
  15. Well, short of sounding like a rump roast and all, I think we can figure that one out. Columbus isnt exactly a small town, is there a specific address or location this will be held at?
  16. Also understand then that sometimes sarcasm isnt always easy to get across on a forum.
  17. This is certainly the problem. My 92 Polo had a intermittent running issue for months and I couldnt track it down. I replaced fuel pump, regulator and relay, still would shut off for no reason. Shut the passenger door one day while it was running and it died. A few minutes later I was looking at that plug and every time I wiggled it the car would start to die. I removed the wire from the connector on the car harness side and pinched the terminal together, re-inserted the wire into the connector, plugged it back in and everything was fine. It looks like you will be needing a new connector tho.
  18. I go to a meet every Wed night and a few more during the month. This is from last Sat at the place I used to work at. This is the Wed night meet. I was the first one there and everyone parked the other way
  19. You can probably send him a email thru the CL ad. http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/3860571275.html Kind of weird that it has a WA plate in the rear and a OR plate on the front, but the ad is for Denver (Sunnyside is in OR)
  20. Maybe put a inner sleeve in the tube?
  21. Broke the 3rd speedo cable in 6mo in my RX Just bought a new one off Rockauto, hope it last longer
  22. For now, everyone use the nasioc link. I'll try and get it transfered to here soon. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=742063
