  1. There are some EA81's in the Lynnwood PAP right now. But the turn around rate has increased greatly because new stuff is coming in more often. I would say about a 2 week turn around.
  2. That is sweeet:headbang: But I must say, it takes a little getting used to, with the round lights.:-p
  3. What are you looking for? There are some of us that make regular trips to the local yards, like me. If I dont already have it, I can try and find it for you.
  4. Fulltime 4wd needs all 4 off the ground to tow. That darn wiper arm has a pot metal mount to the spindle. I have easily broken this trying to remove the setup before. I hate to say it, but this could also be the problem, or else the splines in the mount are stripped out. My heater was having problems on the #4 setting. It turned out to be a broken solder joint on the switch. KBD is right on with the seatbelt. As for your zero oil pressure, kind of odd that it would just suddenly crap out like that. The only thing I can think of causing all your problems is your location. Its brutal on cars and XT6's dont like extreme enviroments.
  5. Yup, we tend to follow the K.I.S.S. principals around here;)
  6. Its on the center console, just before the pocket. Its a rocker switch, thats why I said you might find a place for it.
  7. Great job to all involved:clap: Thanks for all the hard work. Wish I could be of any help, but I will try and show up:rolleyes:
  8. Same as all the other EA82's. Switch, relay, lights. Dont know where you could put the XT switch, but there should be somewhere it could fit.
  9. Nice work. Your a rare cookie;) And mine just sits, getting moldy:rolleyes: When your done with yours, come west and work on mine:-p
  10. Well, they obviously found a sucker. But whoever it was has a nice car for a long time to come. A long time ago, I needed a work truck. I had a 83 wagon that I had resurrected and converted to 4wd (A few years before USMB). It wasnt the cleanesjob but it worked. I had already bought a few cars from a local Ford/Mazda Dealership(Fugate in Enumclaw) and they usually did me right. I was really shocked when he gave me $1200 tradein value for my Soob:eek: I drove home in my (used) 94 B2600i Mazda ext cab 4wd pickup:banana:
  11. 89 RX, my daily. My 02 Foz - working hard.
  12. More likely it happened before it was parked;)
  13. Yeah, well I wasnt laughing:-\ I had to figure out how to get the stuff out, with a broken latch. I had to either break the window (messy) or get to the latch mechanism. Out came my BF tire iron. Should have taken a pic of the rear hatch after I got done with it. Opened it up like a can of tuna:-p
  14. NOW you tell me:rolleyes: I took all the goodies off it. Make more selling the parts around here than fixing the car and reselling it.
  15. Doh! Didnt know you took pics:clap: You should be happy to hear that the car is now probably half that size and on the way back to Japan.............as scrap metal:-p Oh yeah, the rear hatch is a bear to open when the latch is broken.
  16. Yor welcome. Enjoy your new braking distance >shorter<
  17. I'm not finished with the mods on mine, but curious as to what it would do in the 1/4. At least get a base line started. I'm having some issues with my MBC. I can get it up to 12psi but it falls off in 2sec back to 7.5psi. This is actually in my benefit as I havent got my IC installed yet. But the boost problem is cornfusing:confused: I checked for leaks with ether and made sure the flanges were all tight. Am I missing something?
  18. My wife used to go with me all the time in the past. That was when I didnt even have 4wd. She's pushed a few times:-p I've had my oldest boy chicken out on me on a few trails lately.
  19. Alright, keep politics out of it or the thread will go byebye:rolleyes:
  20. This one is for general info about the 80's Subaru's http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/index.php?page=subaru80s You can look thru the USRM for detailed instructions on the workings and techincal stuff. Theres another site, I'll see if I can find the link. But it has specs of all the 80's Soobs.
