  1. Look for boost leaks in all the rubber inlet hoses. If theres no leaks I suspect a bad cat
  2. Jarryjetz, if you can read this you were banned by mistake (mine). Working on lifting the ban, hang in there
  3. If the alternator cant keep the battery charged, the car wont run. I suggest removing the alternator and take it to a local parts store (O'Reillys, Autozone etc) and have it tested.
  4. Possibly, it also appears that a nipple is broken off
  5. I bought a mc for a 92 Leg SS around 3yrs ago. The part isnt even in the Rockauto system any more. I cant recall if it was ABS or not, but being 92 it may not have been. I dont recall if I plugged a port or what. CRS and being old etc
  6. Co worker is driving a 92 Leggy thats seen better days, belongs to her brother. I try and help her out when I can, replacing the rear struts with some from the wrecking yard. Now her heater quit working, right when temps were in the 20's. All fuses/relays check out, no power to the blower. I suspect the switch is bad.
  7. Here I am, wondering why I'm not in that pic.........I think I took it! Here we go

  9. From what I heard, it was a disaster this year. No organization, DJ left before awards were given out and they didnt do that until almost everyone had left at the end of the day. Auto X was a joke, there were even people on the track while it was hot.
  10. Made this work, wasnt to bad a install. Had to trim down the rad cover is all. Also, a recent pic...
  11. First thing I thought of when I saw Amanda there, then I joined her! Suber Dave and company parked their tent next to me shortly after.

Drove the car out of my shop without having to adjust the clutch. Drove flawlessly during the 250mi RT last weekend. Clutch still needs some miles to be broken in yet, but it pulls pretty good in 4th and 5th now......no more slipping! Brakes are also much better now, feel like I have much better stopping power.
  13. My sister just bought a 2011 a few months ago with 28k on it. I was a little suspicious at first but after driving it, she fell in love. Just a couple of weeks later when I checked the oil it was almost 2qrts low. She drives a little over 400mi a week and thats a lot of oil to lose. The dealership said to keep a eye on it for 1200mi, but I was afraid of engine damage and added oil when it went below 2qrts. They took the car for 10days and put about 400mi on it. They wanted to continue the oil consumption test and gave the car back so she could drive it for another 10days. She brought it back, checked the oil and gave her another loaner until SoA got back to them. About a week later they called and told her they would be installing a new engine. More and more people are reporting the problem and SoA is finally doing something about it. If you have a vehicle with this issue, stay on the dealership and make them do the oil consumption test (More than 2qrts of oil in 1200mi) and then contact SoA.
  14. Didnt take too many this year, was busy with my car and talking to folks. Yup, I survived Hurricane Laura. Wasnt too bad for me (and a few others) as we pitched our tents in some animal stalls.

Well, time for a update. Been busy for a couple of weeks, still need to button things up on recent upgrades. ACT Performance Street Clutch and lightened flywheel Upgraded front brake calipers to RS 2 pots then purchased bigger Stoptech drilled rotors. SS braided brake lines Should be ready for WCSS
  16. First time I've seen this thread. Your wagon is exactly like the 86 I had several years ago. Good job on the resto
  17. According to my parts book that number will NOT fit a XT6. Fits everything else that you listed tho. You want a 23610 GA220, which fits a XT6
