  1. ya i feel your pain, hoping im going to have time to get my lift from SJR and installed, as well as getting a weber rebuilt, installed and tuned so it will run reliably down there the show and back as well as weeling. as well as trying to get my front/rear bumpers finished, subaru rally decals i ordered hoping to recive soon. as well as fitting some ajustable height 98 legacy OB seats front and rear in the wagon (got the fronts in tonight in about 30minutes, gonna try for the rears tomarrow. also building a roof rack. i bought the car 1 month ago and im trying to get everything done for the show. not including replacing crappy parts (alt first one died grabed another from work and it died today) dizzy vacume advance took a crap so that was another $50 plus tune up and maybe doing a nose job. i dunno though.
  2. how gnarly is CF? i should be able to make it with open diff, 2inch lift and 28's right? i dont mind dents those are battle wounds.
  3. well go out side and look under the bumper or feel under. most likly its foam under there.
  4. that is a awsome picture and a very nice hatch.
  5. that looks good, but the main thing. how easy is it to read them while driving spitited?
  6. lol ya i copied the wrong link, lol im retarded.
  7. well its leaking gas out of the power valve and onto the engine block you can move the throttle open and closed running or not and watch it drip. that and after like 20 minutes of running it carbon fowled out my plugs. and after cleaning them and trying to drive it runs like absolute dog crap. so i also need to order the correct jets because im sure its not jetted right for my engine.
  8. so who do you deal with for a complete rebuild kit w/ power valve. also who for jets? need to rebuild both my carbs as well as rejet them.
  9. no they are not. try this: ebay.com search JDM headlights for subaru find JDM orignal projector headlights pay for said iteam when you recive the iteam put them in. crack a beer and stare at your handy work. here i did most of the work for ya http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-Subaru-Legacy-BG5-PROJECTOR-HEADLIGHTS-VERY-NICE_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp3286Q2em14Q2el1318QQhashZitem110270707017QQitemZ110270707017
  10. very nice looking brat, i think thats how they should have come from the factory. perfect stance and tire size for a DD and light off-roading. very nice work.
  11. ya ive done the swap before. i got the idle down, fixd the leak so now i just need to do a little tuning and ajustments and it will be good to go. not, the dam accelerator pump stil leaks, i took it for a drive and it runs like ************, boggs the entire time i give it any throttle. i checked the plugs and they are black. so tomarrow ill get a rebuild kit and some new jets and put that in then see what she will do.
  12. hell ill take the shell if you wanna sell it
  13. well i got my adapter on, dam screw they suplied (redling that is) are too big for the manifold, and they dont give you any nuts and lock washers to hold the weber to the adapter. so i go to the hardware store, get what i need, get home and in about 20minutes i am ready to fire it up. major vacume leak, fixed that, now even with the throttle all teh way closed it is sitting at about 2k rpms. and the dam accelerator pump is leaking. so now i need to order a rebuild kit for it, take it back apart. as well as pick up a new filter since mine is all dirty as heck. so how hard is it to rebuild one? it seems to look very easy, and while im at it was going to rejet it, and replace the bushings with bearings.
  14. i doubt its a subie for some reason. unless its a justy.
  15. i figured it was grant, but by chance do you have the part number.
  16. what steering wheel hub adapter do i need so i can put on an aftermarket one?
  17. very nice love that colur combo. what hug adapter do you use for the aftermarket wheel?
  18. you have a short somewhere in the wiring that is causing it, look for arching at night time in the engine bay with someone helping.
  19. we are leaving friday morning, let me know what time to meet at the jack in the crack and ill be there with the wife and maybe tom, aj, and gerlende from aarons. if they don't just leave from their house. i prefer to caravan since i dont know how fast im going because of the larger tires.
  20. where at? im in burien white center? i used to live in auburn then lake tapps by the top foods.
  21. congrats from everyone here at aaron's
  22. once i do the first nose job on any of my subies i leave out the nuts/bolst and replace with zip ties. alot faster and easier to check for leaks and such, rather then breaking the covers when you put them on or take them back off because you set the timing wrong.

ya this was kinda first shot see what the new welder can do, and just toss it together. ill end up making this into the rear bumper later after i get some heavy'er steel for the front. then build it out to protect the headlights/corners.

just finished about 1hour ago. ended up having to cut off the brackets and cut them shorter and reweld everything. then paint and such. its not done i just ran out of metal for the light and plate mounts as well as D-rings. once i get that ill mount that stuff on and paint it with truck bed liner. ^to dam hot here in seattle the last few weeks!! ^paint i used ^finished
