i was just at super lifts offroad adventures web site an left feedback about there show.i happened to let it slip about the wcss.mentioned how i'd find their show more interesting if they covered something like that. now that i think about it,with superlift in the shows name,i'm sure they only cover events put on by superlift.i think it was futile of me to mention the show

there is a subaru high mileage club on-line.no badges though,just bumper stickers saying the name of the club.you can send the guy a pic or two an a story about maintence an what not,and he'll post it at the site for all to see an read. that's the sticker you get for $1.50

glad to hear it runs good.as far as i know,all legacys have 4 wheel disc brakes. as far as latch,when i had the same prob on my 92,i used some pb blaster(little stronger then wd 40)sprayed an worked the latch back an forth.

this is what i have done on my 94 leg.radio is mounted using the stock bracket an a filler strip that was in the car when i got it.car came with no radio cause the guy that owned it prior to me had custom audio through out. The fit is pretty good, and you get a bonus little pocket to put stuff in.-just like 99 sus.that storage compartment also is a stock piece. the spacer might be avaiable at you local car audio/video store for cheap

if you open your hood and take a wiff,does it smell the same as what your smelling inside the car? not sure if that'll help pin point were the smell is coming from,but it might tell you if it's your subie or just bad air quality although i think the outside air gets pulled in front the vents just in front of windshield(someone correct me if i'm wrong,cause 80% of the time i am :-\ )

well as of the time when i found out that the parking brake assembly was causing the shake,today i decided to finally get around to putting some pb blaster down the cable an to prevent it from ever doing it again....i removed the assembly altogether.i know i shouldn't have but seeing that i never really have a reason for setting the brake(normally shut engine off when parking) and it wouldn't help me stop any quicker then normal brakes do(i tried it,wouldn't help as emergency brake) before i did this,they were squeaking till i got up to around 25-30mph an it was driving me nuts.

are you gonna be replacing the gl with the legacy or are yah gonna keep both. you could always take the trans out of gl an put it in legacy(d/r legacy COOL!)

shoot,in that case i'd grab it.whats your gl have for tranny? seing that buying price is so low,putting money in it for windshild,tires,and tranny/would be like a brop in the bucket-eguals out almost

the way i look at it,any kind of lift is a good lift no matter the the size.plus if it didn't cost anything,all the better right now my clearance at the rear diff is 6.5 with 185/70/14s

there was this one time that i was at my local j/y looking for some stock speakers for my legacy.all the legacys had the speakers taken already so i checked out some of the jeep grand cherokees they had an sure enough they were there.the speakers are the same size an everything an on the plus side,they use infinity gold speakers which in my experience are very good. as far as price,the j/y charged me like $30 bucks for the pair.

question? why would you want the barrier an cover on at the same time.you dog will be standing on cover. or are yah gonna stick your dog under the cover

did you ask the seller why such a low selling price.as far as the tranny,i haven't owned a legacy with auto only owned a gl with auto.but considering what it needs it seems like a steal to me,sure windshield can be costly depending on were you go/tires can be picked up cheap/and as far as the rust on the fender,if your a diy type of person then that prob cost next to nothing. maybe someone else can give you more info on transmission.

i had one awhile back that was pretty much the same as you mentioned above.can't remember if it had that difflock or not.it had the badging of gl-10.color grey man did it tick,until i got on the highway an then it was gone(4 awhile) if i came across one today with very little rust i'd be willing to pay around a grand.also depends on how the drivetrain an engine is. you could just check the blue book on-line an compare it to the sellers asking price. i wish i still had mine/ i was stupid an sold it awhile back. of yah mine was sedan(four door) not coupe

est 133,333.333 kms a year being disabled hasn't stopped him,so why is it that some people i know.don't want to work cause of something that's alot less serious.

it's so annoying when people diss,without having proof of what they're saying. if you came out without a'lil damage,then you didn't really off-road.
