  1. So your dumping Patrick and the SB party? Woah, I hope you dont need a lift soon If you do happen to break down, do it someplace they have a big screen TV I dont recommend making that drive straight thru. Take a break in SJ with Brian. Your going to need your wits and driviing skills for the Siskiyous. Good luck, see ya when you get here
  2. Soon as I get the info. Everyone please wait till I start the "Hat thread"
  3. Ok, let me rephrase that. The first hat is going to cost $50. Thats just to do the digitizing, the layout and any other graphics. After that it should be just the cost of the hat and a much smaller $ amount for the sewing. I think they might cost around $15-$17, but dont quote me on that yet. This will be something like the mugs that were done. If you want them personalised or not, you will need to put your order in. Its still all in the planning stage, I need to know how many might want one.
  4. I was thinking about this after the show last year, just for the reasons stated. I'm thinking of getting ballcaps made, with the WCSS logo on the front and your name/screen name on the back. And maybe some other Subaru related stuff embroiderd on it. Altho the tags will probably be free, the ballcaps wont be. I have no prices yet, but just to get the digitizing done, its around $50. Thoughts?
  5. I guess Adams Brat slipped your mind too :-p The HP rating for the ER27 is 145hp. Probably the most difficult engine to transplant into another Soob. Better off going with the EJ.
  6. See? They always do come back :-p Just watch your P's & Q's You know where I'm at.
  7. Check all the grounds, might want to add a extra also.
  8. Actually its a common problem. When the cone washer and flat washer wear out you can no longer get the axle tight in the hub. The only remedy for this is another hub. I dont know about drilling thru both hub and axle, thats alot of metal and its got to be perfectly sttraight. Less hassle to get another hub.
  9. They are actually in White Center/Burien.
  10. That was a dealer install, but I changed the turbo to one from a EA82T. I told you a while back I had the stock T-fitting for the digi dash guage. The right side head is specific for tubo's, it already has it tapped.
  11. Thats because the thread is 1 1/2yrs old
  12. The location of the temp sensor is the same as original. It was T'd into the heater hose. I had to add my own fittings to make the new sensor work.
  13. Lets see..... for 6mo you pay $1188, $2376 for 12mo. Doesnt sound that good to me
  14. Can you put some decent wheels/tires on it?
  15. Turbone replied to zed wolf's topic in Off Road
10in and 12in are ATV wheels. Not quite recommended for offroading. Sweet82 has experience with them I believe.
  16. You newer folks need to pay attention to the dates on the posts that you find when searching. This has been happening alot in the last month as new members join. Its great you are learning to use the Search function, but I think anything over 6 months is
  17. It probably had those cracks before I had the car. I think with new headgaskets the engine would have been fine. But thats just my .02.
  18. Adam, Richie has the twin of yours. At least I think he still does. He brought it to WCSS3 at Thurston Co ORV Park.
  19. I had a conversation with the owner not long after WCSS6. He said it was a PITA to offroad because of the long hood. He couldnt see anything in front of him
  20. How are those windows working?
  21. Money. Sometimes, if you have something to sell on the board, you can use the proceeds to donate to the Board.
  22. I've had a couple of Turbo Coupes (And Wagons) There seems to be more of the Turbo Coupes west of the Rockies. But the convertable conversions were nationwide, altho not that many were done. I have seen 3 in the PNW in the last 4yrs.
  23. Standard paper, 8.5x11. Easier to print up in quantities.
