  1. Mine is at the bottom of the thread. Ok, a kick to the shins will suffice
  2. Your boost gauge may not be accurate, fuel cut shouldnt kick in till you get over 12lbs. Theres a way to fool the ECU by adding a circuit to the MAF. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=86273
  3. Shall we all spank John for obviously posting this in the wrong forum? :-p I picked up mine earlier this year. Its a 83 with all the bells and whistles. Brand new top and a recent refresh on the engine. Its now owned by Richies Dad down in Or.
  4. I've bought from them before, they have lots of stuff but I dont know what they have for scrap. Easy to get to also, right off of I-5 exit 136B. Then head south on Pacific and its just past Destination Harley on the left.
  5. Go to google maps and type that in. Theres a huge offroad area in that area. http://www.nwjeepn.com/Tahuya.html
  6. Oh...so it was previously owned by a woman. I'll probably get flamed to hell and back for this one My Teal 92 SVX was a one owner car and it was a female. It has 101+++ on it, but it ran like it was 300K. I dont think the oil was changed after the 60K check up. Had a horrible rod knock, but still ran. And of course the tranny was toast, but I cant blame that one on her.
  7. I see alot of Legacy's in the PAP's here that are missing inst clusters. I can only assume that who ever is taking them is replacing high mileage clusters then selling the car :-\
  8. I like how all the left front corners have mud/dirt on them :-p
  9. Man, I wish I could have made this run :-\
  10. Gtec isnt going to be very accurate. Get it on a dyno if you want to get closer. Even a dyno isnt 100% accurate.
  11. Of course, all dyno runs are AWHP. Add the 25% loss for the drivetrain and its around what you came up with. But take a look at my torque.......171 between 3.5k and 4k. Btw, weight doesnt account for much on a dyno run.
  12. Heres my dyno run from a couple of months ago. TD04 turbo and WRX TMIC. 2.5in exhaust. Cats still in. Spyder intake with K&N panel filter. MSD coil and Iridium plugs. Boost control set at 12lbs. 102 octane fuel. XT6 flywheel. As you can see, my numbers started dropping off bad after 5k. It needs bigger injectors and engine management.
  13. Just wait till you experience a few hurricanes :-p When are you leaving? Maybe we can have a send off party
  14. The digidash isnt going to tell you much, just temp, fuel level and speed - right? I would wait till its done, or until you want to drive it again.
  15. Brian, I think we would all like to see you make it to the meet. But as stated by Jeff in the first post, its for us Washingtonians (PNW in general). Thats quite a ways to travel just for a day or weekend meet. What I suggest you do is get one of those lilttle utility trailers, load all your stuff up and move your rump roast up here with the rest of us Subaru nuts :-p
  16. They are not quick, but are pretty fast. Its a heavy car, somewhere in the mid 3K weight, one of the reasons the tranny's go out. If you do alot of cruising or freeway driving, this is a excellent car. Once you get up to speed, its like you're rolling on a cloud (unless you put low profile tires on like I did). The car comes alive at 80mph and there are plenty of reports of speeds in the 150mph range. *Disclaimer* I do not advise doing this in a older car and take no responsibility for the actions of others in regards to breaking posted speed limits
  17. Have you tried calling his number? Its there in his first post.
  18. Theres Riverfront Park (Yakima River) just on the southwest side of I-90. I would rather do a BBQ in a park, then sit in a parking lot and BS
