pull line off wastegate and see what happens should be 10+ should start pulling "hard" after 5 how's the fuel? 10 gallons of E85 and 2 gallons of "regular" 87 ron+mon\2 gives good results with uncontrolled boost

the idle at 3k when cold is "NORMAL", your ASV is doing its job the computer can figure out what timing it needs, it's smart enough to compensate enigne will run with maf wire disconnected, but will not wind up as high rpm engine will die if maf tube is disconnected

chemicals are not the answer the flush gun has removed lots of crud was the radiator crimped or soldered?

at the radiator shop, I use a power washer to clean the outside, it's amazing how much crud accumulates, and a "flush gun" which is garden hose water with compressed air with a trigger, and that will make the gunk flow out if it's really cruddy, it gets the boil tank of caustic soda and water, followed by more flushing use a low pressure power washer, 1000 psi is about right, car wash might do those "flush kits" are evil
