If there's a market I could source them from the cars over here I've scrapped many a Subaru and the wheel wells have all been good, here in the NorthWest i could even bang out a few new sets for a price ( new sheetmetal ) , show a picture of the complete patch panel you desire , show the car and outline the panel size you need
  2. A Datsun 720 4x4 front diff is a direct boltin for the rear, it's a bigger setup with flange stubs and a lower gear
  3. I think he finished and put it up for sale
  4. Maybe a bump stop is needed so the shocks don't bottom out
  5. Used the Subaru buggy hooked to the utility trailer to move stuff from around the shop

  7. Many differences auto and manual trans have different length, impreza and forester have a shorter wheelbase then legacy
  8. One time at the dunes I rode with a old guy in his vw buggy, he ran 0 psi in the rear tires, that thing went everywhere, I'd start with 15-20 psi on the OB , as a kid we ran 3-5 psi in our Honda 3wheeler
  9. Sand question, what tire pressure you run when your stuck in the sand? If you drop your tire pressure way down you may drive right out, I've done a bunch of sand driving and will run as low as you can go without running off the rims, then air up when your back on hard ground , good story thanks for sharin
  10. outback sport has regular height struts its just a outback trim package
  11. If I would of known earlier i would of donated some strut spacers , great project !
  12. First thing get a set of outback or forester struts that will give a little lift and allow for the taller tires, if you go 2" over stock on the strut spring lift you will then need a full lift kit , I sell any lift from 1/4" and up here www.sjrlift.com
  13. I'm now offering any height custom lift you desire, 1/4" increments, front and rear can be different heights, 1/4"-2" will be in solid aluminum 2" and above in steel
  14. the front wheel hub splined could be stripped , saw this on many EAs
  15. on the early EJ cars what years had the smaller rear bolt pattern on the strut tops?
  16. Im looking for a list of all the Subaru struts and what models interchange with what car, say I have a 2002 Legacy, what struts from other subarus will fit or will make it taller or lower that kind of a exchange chart if there is such a thing, thanks guys
