Lifter Tick aka "The Tick of Death" / question / 94 Loyale 3AT wagon
nothing wrong with known good used, but I will personally vouch for mizpah, having used them several times and never hearing a single bad thing about him/them. except they never seem to have em in stock so you have to wait. plus, you can have them completely rebuilt for less than one new lifter

Loyale taillight lens removal
short answer: pull harder. there are only two nuts and you got those already so all you have to do is fight the sticky black dum dum they use to seal the light to the body. its like chewing gum/tar. hth

EA82 SPFI intermittent missing/not starting
where is your airfilter? if its in an aircleaner on top of the motor, its carbed. if theres a filter in an airbox on the right fender and it says "fi" on top of the motor, its Single Point Fuel Injection. regardless of what motor is in there you need an 87 specific disty for it, as others have said, those are a weird year. if you have a hole for a set screw you might not have the right disty, i do not know this for 100 percent. finally, a new disty may be a future necessity for you...

Real pain in the rear....
fuel pump relay is above the fusebox. there is a row of four round relays. one is the fp. i think its a blue connector but i havent been in there in awhile. relays rarely fail but it is possible. perhaps a wonky fusible link just realized i forgot to state the obvious.....fuel pump , bra

Ea82 Gauge Cluster Ground
thats for the flasher. and it works. heres the rundown as of last night: no corner or tailights or center dome. still have a battery drain. Everything else is currently operational. when I owned this car the running lights were on anytime the key was. after Skylar bought it there was a brief period where all of the lights were on regardless of key position. this however, has changed to the above circumstance.

New from Washington
Ive done considerably well with my 2" and single range. I ve said, "if I dont make it up ill catch ya later" and made it so many times its funny. with that, I have yet to do any truly hardcore NWWO (youtube dude look it up, its awesome) type stuff. If youre going out to play in the mud, and are reasonably capable of tricky clutch play and learning the "ramming speed" characteristic required, you can wheel with a pushbutton 4wd. BUT.............this is coming from a guy who is, in very short order, swapping to a D/R5spd (its in my garage). the D/Rs came in GLs (same body, pre loyale)

Subruise replied to Dazed Dreamer's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXyou need to use the search function. whether or not, and how well, depend on what years the two motors are from. if they are from the same gen, itll be plug and play. if not....well back to searching
