  1. Want to hear something even stranger? When I first moved to WA in 83, I used to live just down the street on 232nd Ct E My Dad built the house and my Wife and I lived there for about 4yrs till my Sister moved in. That whole area has certainly been built up in the last several years. Sorry for the hijack.
  2. Go over to the Retrofit Forum and check out some of the builds threads there (I have one also). As for wheels, your stuck trying to find Peugeot 14in/15in wheels unless you do a 5 lug swap, which is also in the Retrofit Forum.
  3. The Brat has a unibody, no frame. You will need to build some kind of subframe as its not just going to bolt up to the Metro.
  4. I would assume that people would do the smart thing and do a tune up prior to upgrades. Again, I say assume
  5. We actually have a write up here for that. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=50768
  6. I suggest you have someone watch the drivers side cam pulley while you crank it to make sure its spinning.
  7. I believe its under the dash on the left side. Kind of a pita to get to :-\
  8. You should have a switch on the steering column. It turns the parking lights on/off whether the ign is on or not. Btw, this is the #1 question of new Subaru owners :-p
  9. Its usually setup for early/mid Dec. Dont want to get a tree to early Qman has been the one to set it up in the past, so stay tuned. Oh, expect lots of snow this year

    anyone know

Try looking in the vendors forum.
  12. A lot of the newer EJ's have plastic (ABS) intakes.
  13. Try starting a thread in the wanted forum, theres bound to be somebody that has one. Take the cover off and see if theres a way to clamp it till you get the part you need.
  14. You already asked this question and it was answered. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=116753
  15. It might help if you attached a link to that statement
  16. Its done all the time. Unless you plan on doing some rough offroading, or deep snow plowing you really dont need them. If you want them back on, just use zip-ties to keep them on.
  17. Can I send you a friend request, so you can approve me.....then unfriend me?
  18. Dont bother putting the covers back on and yes, you need a new turbo.

    Lift Kits?

I havent had any issues with my garden edging flares staying on and its scraped lots of trees and banks. Its all in how you install them (flat washers and screwed to wheel well flanges). Mark, those wheels look great on the lifted wagon.
  20. That guy is still around? (Backwoods boy). I swear I heard he fell into a bottomless parts pit and was never heard from again Glad to see the car is going to a new home and not the crusher.
  21. Did you reseat the TC correctly when installing? If not, the pump is borked and will need replacing.
  22. I'm glad you were able to work with the PO and score this. I'm know you got yourself a nice Leggy.
