  1. I couldn't see it on my phone, but I can see it on the computer.
  2. That might be possible. I do know the fronts are pretty much identical, but the 1st gen rears have a longer spring than the 2nd gen. I have used both and have loved how they ride and handle.
  3. ^I think you will be surprised at how well it handles. Forester springs are a bit stiffer and hold the extra weight well.
  4. ^I have the same combo in my loyale that he does. They're awesome.
  5. Luckily you didn't break down at least. Ought to go pretty good with that motor set up. I still have to get some of that fluid film to try, even though I don't plan on driving mine in the winter.
  6. Looks like you lucked out! It took me months to find fenders for mine!
  7. I ran without a rear sway bar on my lifted Forester and saw very little difference. I also have run several lifted cars both with and without bigger bars. IMO, it's not really worth the hassle unless you drive your car hard, meaning, fast through corners all the time. Even with no sway bar, that's possible. Not saying it can't be done. But there's also a difference in the curves of the sway bar between Legacy and Impreza/Forester chassis. They might fit, they might not. And even of they fit, they might have the wrong bend so the geometry is off, and it ends of making no difference. Just food for thought.
  8. The outside rear does not bolt up, but the other 3 spots do. I have a set in my 90 Loyale, same as any EA82.
  9. Good luck with it. Seems those damn front fenders can be hard to find!
  10. Weird. The way it was written was $120 each.
  11. According to that, those will add up to $480 for 4 springs. They are $120 each. And they're out of stock. So the same as King Springs. I have King Springs on my Loyale and love them.
  12. There's this one too, and it says Safari Snorkel like yours, but it says in the description that it's fiberglass. http://www.ebay.com/itm/281183521052?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

  14. The hubs and the spindle where the bearings are held are 2 different pieces on these cars as well.
  15. It bolted right up. You can even use a 5spd clutch and flywheel if you need to. In a Forester, it requires you to use a Forester automatic driveshaft, unless you remove the factory lift, then you can use an STi sriveshaft and tranny crossmember. If you use the Forester driveshaft, and you change to an STi R180 rear diff, you need to change the pinion flange on the rear diff. Front hubs are the same, so you can use Forester or Impreza front axles. The rear hubs are different if you go with an R180, so you need STi rear hubs, and axles. Or you can use an older R160 with the same final drive as the transmission, and use the Forester rear hubs, and axles to match the diff.
  16. Huh? What hassle is involved? If you need to replace your struts anyway, then why not? They swap right in. And the Outbacks came with head gasket prone EJ25, most of the other Legacys have the bulletproof EJ22. And with just the struts swapped in, there is actually more clearance because you can now fit the same size tire as an Outback, but the crossmembers aren't dropped as well. It's a very popular swap, and with great results.
  17. Yes, I installed a dual range into my 90 Loyale with a 4" lift, and the tranny crossmember is dropped 2.5". Absolutely nothing touches or hits. Everything moves freely shifting into all gears, even 4wd lo and hi.
